Eligibility
You may be eligible if you have:
- A DVA Gold Card (covers all healthcare)
- A DVA White Card (for accepted conditions)
Steps to Access Care

Ask your GP or hospital to complete a referral.

The referral is sent to Core Healthcare Services.

We arrange your first visit and develop your care plan.
